The Swap Card is an items in Mario Party 4 and Mario Party: The Top 100. When used, the user swaps items with a randomly selected opponent. It is comparable to the Barter Box from Mario Party 3, except that item allows the user to choose the target.
When used in Mario Party 4, the item uses a roulette to determine the target player. By pressing
, it slows down and stops on one of the opponents' icons 225 degrees from when the input was registered.[1] If left alone, the spinner stops by itself on the bottom side after a minute.
