- "Lakitu" appears to be the official name for it whereas "Referee Lakitu" would be a conjectural name, so we can't do that.

A playable character?[edit]
The "playable characters" category is linked here. But when has he ever been playable in a game? If it refers to the Lakitu playable in some Mario Kart games, this is not the same one. Should it be removed or is there an instance I'm forgetting?
