Not a big deal, but I think it was better when there were separate NIOL tables for Archivist Toadette and Chief, even though they "are not distinct iterations of the character". When a name is distinct from the regular one across all localizations, it's tidier to have a separate table where you can compare all localizations of that name easily rather than having them lumped in a big table where they are intertwined with other groups of names.
