"Last Creation"[edit]
in trivia it says "Right before being vacuumed, Vincent Van Gore says that only one of his "creations" is left (making him very mad and exposing his heart). He may be referring to the Bowling Ghosts in the 3F Hallways, since they are the only ghosts remaining (except for Mice and Bats) after he is captured", I thought he was referring to Mario, shouldn't that be corrected in trivia, or am I wrong? I know Mario isn't a ghost but he IS a painting... When Chauncey screams, so do I. 07:05, 13 May 2011 (EDT)
- Mario was put into a painting. He isn't a painting. --Reversinator 07:09, 13 May 2011 (EDT)
Good point... but it is just as likely to be Mario as it is being the bowling ghosts isn't it? When Chauncey screams, so do I. 02:25, 14 May 2011 (EDT)
- Bringing this back, maybe he just refereed to the treasure chest painting behind him?--17:37, 27 March 2014 (EDT)

Cannot advance[edit]
I just thought of something, what if you sucked up Vincent Van Gore, the key appeared, you left the room (making the key disappear) and you saved the game (by using Toad or capturing a Boo)
Would you be prevented from advancing further in the storyline?
- I don't know. Test it.File:Mr L Render.png Ultimate Mr. L (Talk) 18:30, 19 September 2016 (EDT)
What are the traits that separate a "Boss Ghost" from a normal "Portrait Ghost"?[edit]
Vincent Van Gore seems to be a sort of fusion between a normal Portrait Ghost and a. boss ghost, almost seeming to serve as the "Boss Ghost" of Area 4 the same way that Hellen serves as the boss ghost of the last area of the game, but King Boo is the "final boss" of the game, same with the Knight boss in Dark Moon.
He gives a special key, and because he created the minor enemy ghosts he's sort of one of the game's secondsry antagonists alongside Boolossus.
His boss fight takes a lot more effort to defeat than normal as well, forcing you to defeat multiple waves of ghosts.
More specifically, what determines what is and isn't a "Boss Ghost"?

- From what I can remember, a Boss Ghost is a term used only in Luigi's Mansion 3. It is roughly equivalent to Luigi's Mansion's Portrait Ghost term, as they are both about ghosts who are bosses. I am unaware of any other official definition for "Boss Ghost", but feel free to share if you have one. — Lady Sophie
