Trick or Tree is a Duel minigame in Mario Party 6. Its name is a pun on the phrase "trick or treat," which is spoken by costumed children on Halloween when they go door-to-door for candy handouts.

Introduction[edit]

The camera pans down from the tallest tree to the lowest all the way to the ground, where the players run to the trees as the game begins.

Gameplay[edit]

The goal of this minigame is to guess which one of the four trees is the tallest. At the start of the minigame, the trees shuffle. Each player then randomly picks one of the trees. The players jump on the continuing branches until they reach the tops of their trees. The player whose tree is taller wins.

In the PAL version of Mario Party 6, Trick or Tree does not appear in Endurance Alley.

Ending[edit]

The camera zooms in on the winning player, who performs a victory animation on their tree as fireworks explode in the sky.
