Blubi is a blue Nimbi sage from Super Paper Mario. He lives in the Overthere. When he is first found, he is capsuled within an ice block. After Bowser thaws out Blubi from the ice block, he is stuck with amnesia. Luvbi then informs Blubi about their task, and so Blubi gives Mario, Princess Peach, Bowser and Luigi the Blue Orb.
