It appears in two levels of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, the new Endless World of Yoshis stage in Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, and also appears in Yoshi's New Island. Despite being a Cheep Cheep's skeleton, it is far larger than the Cheep Cheeps of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. Jean de Fillets stick their heads out of the water or lava, then jump out.
