The Sultan
Sultan Ottoman is the ruler of a desert palace in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3, and is featured in the episode "The Beauty of Kootie".
The Sultan, while taking a bath in his jacuzzi, causes oilTemplate:Citation needed to come gushing out of the faucetTemplate:Citation needed.
