The title of this article is official, but it comes from a non-English source. If an acceptable English source is found, then the article should be moved to its appropriate title.

Nebaneba Block sprite from Mario & Wario.

The Nebaneba Block is a rare, small block found in Mario & Wario. These blocks slow down the character, which can be dangerous if there are enemies nearby; however, Wanda can use her wand to flip them upside-down, making them no different than normal platforms.
