Ultra-Hand Return is Wario's Defensive Power Shot in Mario Power Tennis. It is based on Nintendo developer Gunpei Yokoi's first invention, the Ultra Hand.

Wario flashes a big W, pulls out a stretcher with a glove, and extends the stretcher toward the ball. This causes the ball to cross over the net with a little power and is a straight shot. This gadget may have come from Bowser's training room, seen in the opening cinema of the game, where Bowser attempts to train Wario and Waluigi so they can beat the Mario brothers in a tennis match.
