Luigi's Mansion Court is a default court in Mario Power Tennis which is based off Luigi's Mansion, and is set outside the mansion. Various ghosts appear as line judges around the court. The court's theme is an arrangement of "Title Theme (Humming)". When played as a standard court, the ground is made up of a coubblestone path with grass growing on top.
When played with its gimmick, the ground is instead made entirely of grass, and six panels appear on either side of the court. Five of them have ghost symbols, and hitting them causes the panel to disappear and a ghost to appear in its place. Blue Twirlers, Bowling Ghosts, Gold Ghosts and Purple Punchers can appear this way, grabbing and slowing down the opponent if they touch them. Garbage Can Ghosts can also appear this way, and occasionally throw banana peels on the ground. Once spawned, each ghost moves in a circle around the area they appeared in. The sixth panel is located in the middle towards the back of the court, and depicts a lightbulb. Hitting it makes all ghosts on the side of the player who hit it disappear. Ghosts stay on the court between points, but disappear whenever players switch sides.
During Item Battles, Lightning has a 10% higher chance to appear from Item Boxes. The Special Game Terror Tennis is also held on this court.
