Dried Bloopers are a type of Blooper found only in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its remake. They are found only in the Pump Works in Bowser's body. When Bowser stops drinking water, all the Bubble Bloopers in the Pump Works turn into Dried Bloopers. They are thin in appearance, and use this ability in battle. They will jump and float horizontally downwards like a leaf, making two passes at its target. To counter the Dried Blooper's attack, the player must simply jump over it when it passes by. Dried Bloopers have nearly identical stats to Bubble Bloopers, with the exception of speed (and HP in the remake).

Trivia
- Dried Bloopers bear a resemblance to Blooey, one of Luigi's "partners" from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and Glad Bloopers from Super Princess Peach.
- The Dried Blooper's brown coloration may be a reference to Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels, where in that game, bloopers could exist out of water and could appear brown. This is due to them sharing the Goomba's color scheme, although their brown color made it seem as if they were brown due to them being dried-out and dehydrated, not unlike the Dried Blooper.
