Puff, at her table
Puff was a Toad that lived in the Mushroom Village, and made her first and only appearance in Mario Party. She lived in the Mini-Game House, and was always sat at a table with a crystal ball on it.

Looking into the crystal ball would allow players to play mini-games they had played on adventure boards. Going into the vase to the right of Puff would allow the players to play Pot O'Skills, a Trial Mode held at the Mini-Game Stadium that was replaced by Mini-Game Trial in Mario Party 2, where Puff would watch the players through her crystal ball.
