Dried Bloopers are a type of Blooper found only in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its remake. They are found only in the Pump Works in Bowser's body. In the field, Dried Bloopers are found immobile with their heads stuck in the ground, leaving them vulnerable to a preemptive strike. When Bowser stops drinking water, all the Bubble Bloopers in the Pump Works turn into Dried Bloopers. They are thin in appearance, and use this ability in battle. They will jump and float horizontally downwards like a leaf. If it swoops in from a high altitude, the Dried Blooper will perform two passes at its target, going over the target's head on the first pass and striking from behind for the second one. To counter the Dried Blooper's attack, the player must simply jump over it when it passes by the second time; in the 3DS remake, the target will turn around after the first pass.[1] A Dried Blooper that swoops in from a lower altitude will make only one pass which needs to be jumped over. Dried Bloopers have nearly identical stats to Bubble Bloopers, with the exception of speed (and HP in the remake).
