NCircle Entertainment is a North American home video distributor, a division of music and home video wholesaler Alliance Entertainment, that specializes in releasing children's content on DVD. From 2006 to 2012, NCircle was the official home video distributor for select content by DIC Entertainment, including all three Mario cartoons it produced. The deal was later expanded with the addition of Cookie Jar content after DIC was acquired by and folded into Cookie Jar.
Although NCircle no longer holds the home video rights to most DIC material, or other Cookie Jar-owned material, NCircle continues to hold the home video license to the Mario cartoons to this day.
