Plenn T. is is a Toad-Merchant from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He owns and operates the Toad Bros. Bazaar, located in the central plaza of Rogueport. He originally opened the store with his younger brother, Thriff T., who he often worked with. Plenn T. now operates the store on his own, after his brother departs to sail to Keelhaul Key, and eventually opened his own item shop. Mario must visit him and his store in order to gain access to Rogueport's west side.
