The M. M-Spike Top (presumably short for "Mad Mecha-Spike Top") is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game Super Princess Peach. They differ from the plain Mecha-Spike Tops by possessing yellow spikes on their backs, which can extend to about three times their height, as outlined in the game's Glossary: "A dangerous foe that can stretch its spines".
