Players compete to run around a Mr. I, shrinking him gradually until he finally disappears after being circled 15 times.[1] After a while, Podoboos begin to fall on the stage before disappearing a while later. A player gets stunned if they touch either the Mr. I or a Podoboo. When a player wins a lap first, they earn 70 percent of the wagered coins.

- Game Rules – "Run circles around Big Mr. I to shrink him down to size! Complete 15 laps to make Big Mr. I vanish completely!"
- Advice – "If you bump into Big Mr. I or a Podoboo, you'll fall down and lose time, so watch out!"
Naming
"Eye Sore" is derived from the word "eyesore," a descriptor targeted at something the speaker deems noticeably ugly.
