Template:Species-infobox A Paper Macho Stone Spike is an enemy in Paper Mario: The Origami King, a type of Paper Macho Soldier. One is encountered on a hill on ? Island. They attack by rolling their spiked rocks across the ground, which have one of King Olly's stickers on them. They start by slowly rolling them across the arena, then gradually speed up after some time. The player needs to hit the boulders on their sticker with the hammer, which will bounce back the rock to knock them over. After getting back up after being knocked over, they briefly jump forward to stomp the ground.

When a Paper Macho Stone Spike has one sticker left, they frantically jump around rolling many boulders at a time. After their sad-faced flag appears, they will sometimes create a ring of boulders and spin them all out, making itself dizzy. After two more hits, the Paper Macho Stone Spike is defeated.

A Paper Macho Stone Spike is fought as the penultimate enemy of Scuffle Island, titled the Rocky Rogue. Defeating it earns the player 5000 coins. In Scuffle Island, the Paper Macho Stone Spike has two stickers (one on each cheek) guarding it.
