Template:Company-infobox TOSE Software Co. (simply referred to as just TOSE) is a "behind the scenes" video game company. Originally a part of Toa Seiko, TOSE branched off from them as an independent company in 1979, establishing their headquarters in Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto. Since its inception, they are believed to have been involved in the development of over 1,000 games; however, the company has refused to be credited in most of the games they have worked on, which they have gained a reputation for. They are most well known for their The Legendary Starfy series, featuring the character Starfy, who has made a few cameos within the Mario franchise.
