NCircle Entertainment is a North American home video distributor and a subsidiary of Alliance Entertainment that specializes in releasing children's content on DVD. From 2006-2010, NCircle was the official home video distributor for select content by DIC Entertainment, including all three Mario cartoons they produced. The deal was later expanded with the addition of Cookie Jar content after their purchase of DIC.

Although the company no longer holds the home video rights to DIC or other Cookie Jar-owned material, they continue to hold the home video license to the Mario cartoons to this day.
