Body Builder is a 2-vs.-2 minigame in Mario Party 6. Its name is a play on "bodybuilder," which is a person who works out extensively in order to build up a large amount of muscle mass.

The page "Building a Bot" in the Miracle Book is based on this minigame, and it features Luigi and Boo. Activating the page causes Luigi to destroy the robot, which the Boo finds to his dismay.

Introduction

The parts needed to assemble a robot perfectly fall from above onto the platform in the center. It then lowers, taking the robot with it, and is replaced by another platform.

Gameplay

Each team has to construct a robot by hitting a switch to make the correct pieces fall onto the feet of the robot and keep building up. The pictures of the pieces rotate on a machine, and the players have to take turns hitting the switch when the piece they need is in the middle of the rotating screen (arms, legs, feet, and head); the players alternate whenever one of them hits the switch. The panel showing the piece required is lit up. If a player hits the switch on a panel that is not lit, its piece falls and rolls offscreen. The team that constructs its robot first wins. If both teams finish constructing their robots at the same time or if five minutes pass, the game ends in a tie.

Ending

The winners' robot comes to life as it begins to move its arms and head as the winners do their victory animations.
