|tippi=That's a Ruff Puff. It floats in the sky, like a little grumpy thundercloud... Max HP is 15 and Attack is 4. It will shock you if you get too close... You'd better keep your distance until you see an opening to attack... Do you think it's related to the cloud Lakitu rides around on? | |||

Template:Catch Card Ruff Puffs are cloud enemies that appear in the Paper Mario series. They attack by bonking people in the head, and charging up for electric attacks. Ruff Puffs are the followers of Huff N. Puff, and so along with the giant cloud they invaded Flower Fields in the original Paper Mario. In the game's sequels, Ruff Puffs were simply generic enemies. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door they appear inside Riverside Station and that is their only appearance. Ruff Puffs appeared in the Overthere Stair in Super Paper Mario. Ruff Puffs also appear in the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials.

Trivia
- The name "Ruff Puff" comes from a corruption of the word "rough," the "puff" part of their name seemingly coming from the simple fact that they are clouds.
- In Paper Mario Ruff Puffs have noses, while in its sequels they don't. Ruff Puffs also appear darker in this game.
