World D is the fourth glitched and the thirteenth and final world that can be accessed without hacking the game Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. Like the other secret worlds, it was left unused in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe. When Bowser is defeated at the end of World D-4, Princess Peach is saved, and, as such, Mario and Luigi beat the game.

Level	Preview	Summary
World D-1		The first level of World D, this level has several small platforms and various enemies.
World D-2		The second level of World D, this level has several Koopa Troopas, Koopa Paratroopas, and Piranha Plants.
World D-3		The third level of World D, this level has many Bill Blasters and Hammer Bros.
World D-4		The fourth and final level of World D, as well as the final level of the game.
