Eggrobos are enemies from Sonic the Hedgehog series. They are robotic enemies that resemble Dr. Eggman that frequently appear in Sky Sanctuary level from Sonic & Knuckles. They will hover around and shoot laser beams if they spot the player. One Eggrobo appears as a primary antagonist when playing as Knuckles, where Mecha Sonic serves as a true final boss.

Eggrobos appear as enemies in Smash Run mode in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. Like in the original game, they hover around using the booster, and try to dodge player's attacks. They use their guns to attack the player, which they will shoot smaller beams and larger beams.
