Dr. Mario's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Doctor Finale is Dr. Mario's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Dr. Mario fires a pair of giant vitamin capsules forward. The capsules' color composition is randomized. They swirl around as they advance, leaving red, yellow, and blue non-damaging pixelated bursting particles in their wake. They also spread up and down farther from altitude they were fired at over time. Opponents hit by the vitamin capsules are damaged and launched weakly backward, which usually allows the vitamin capsules to hit them again. This in essence "drags" opponents along with the attack. The later hits of Doctor Finale are stronger than the early hits, which allows the attack to KO opponents. The capsules vanish after flying far enough. In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the background turns blue and black with action line effects during Doctor Finale.

Doctor Finale pushes Dr. Mario backward a little as he uses it, even over the edges of platforms. Dr. Mario regains the ability to move a while after creating the vitamin capsules, not when the attack as a whole ends.

Doctor Finale is mechanically nearly identical to Mario's Mario Finale, but Doctor Finale deals more damage and has greater launching power than Mario Finale.

Doctor Finale's Final Smash trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U does not depict anything other than Dr. Mario using the move, though Doctor Finale is angled upward in a way it cannot be in standard gameplay.

In Dr. Mario's Final Smash, he spreads his arms wide and then lets loose a pair of giant vitamin capsules that spiral through the air, taking out any pesky "viruses" in their path. Their wide range makes them tough for foes to avoid, and opponents they strike will take multiple hits, possibly even being pushed right off the screen! (American English)
