Totem Pole is one of Kat & Ana's microgames played during the Kat & Ana Coaster stage in WarioWare: Snapped! Like other Kat & Ana Coaster microgames, this one requires two players to complete.

Gameplay[edit]

Before the microgame begins, both players are required to make use of the Nintendo DSi camera and line up their heads with the pictures on the both sides of the screen.

As the microgame starts, two totem poles erect from below the screen, each missing a face on one of its four totems. Players need to line up their face on the totem's hole to complete it, as the totem gains the face it's supposed to have when lined up correctly, but loses it again when the player's face is no longer lined up. The microgame is won if both missing faces are lined up at the same time.

After the five microgames of the Kat & Ana Coaster have been cleared, a slideshow of candid pictures of the players during gameplay of each microgame can be viewed, alongside photo decorations for a humorous effect. The photo for Totem Poleshows one of the following scenarios:

  • Both players lying under blankets (one green, another pink).
  • One player gets showered in confetti while the other player gets a pie tin dropped on their head.
  • One player appears as a giant superhero in a white and blue suit towering over skyscrapers, while the other player appears as a boy with a red shirt and green and yellow cap, pointing at the superhero.
  • One player has a thought bubble depicting onigiri, while the other player has a thought bubble depicting a Japanese rhinoceros beetle.
