The stage begins with Princess Peach and Stella arriving at the outskirts of a sweets festival, which was about to begin. After arriving at the front gate, they wait with a couple of Theets, only for a winged Sour Bunch minion to appear with a cookie it stole in its fangs. After Peach shoos it away with the power of Sparkle, she receives a Sparkle Gem and the gates to the festival open for Peach to enter. Peach will encounter more Sour Bunch aviaries stealing sweets. There are Baker Theets hopeless for the stolen sweets. After rallying the Theet pâtissiers lead her to the farm.

In the farm, Peach must use Sparkle to grow the wheat crops and the strawberry crops. There is a Sparkle Gem near the strawberry crops. After growing the crops, Peach must enter the pastry kitchen where the patissiere's Sparkle is located. After transforming into Patissiere Peach, the bell rings, implying the Festival of Sweets is going to start soon. Heading east to the kitchen, a Theet pâtissier gives instructs Patissiere Peach to bake cookies before time runs out; first the Theet lets Patissiere Peach start a warm-up batch first. After baking the cookies, it tells Patissiere Peach that "they will use the cart to get [the cookies] out", Patissiere Peach must bring the cookies to the cart. Starting at 75 seconds, Peach must bake the cookies as fast as possible before time runs out. Baking cookies on the bowl near two Theets results baking more cookies than baking by herself. After baking cookies, Patissiere Peach obtains Sparkle Gems depending on the amount of cookies she baked.

Behind the kitchen, the Theets are pushing the carts to the Festival of Sweets. If Patissiere Peach chooses pose in a secret spotlight east of the kitchen, she will enter a hidden sub-area where she can bake cookies for the hungry Theets who will reward a Sparkle Gem. Peach must talk to the worried Theet, who says that the cake bases are ready, then notices her and tells her to hurry to the kitchen.

She can obtain Sparkle Gems if she bakes more than three. After that, Peach places the cookie on top of the cake as the finishing touch, completing the level.
