Template:Levelbox World 2-Tower is the tower of World 2 in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and is the second tower in the game. This tower heavily features metallic fences that the player can cling on. As the player advances, purple fireballs will come from above. They can be taken out with ice balls if the player has a Ice Flower. At the end of the tower, Roy Koopa is fought. This tower only feature Dry Bones as enemies.

Layout

The level starts with two doors, which lead to a room with a P-Switch that make Blue Coins appear, and a metallic fence that Mario must use to get them. The entire level is based around the use of metallic fences to progress, while avoiding Dry Bones, spikes and purple fireballs coming from above. At the top of the first section is a door that leads to a checkpoint and the beginning of the second section. At the end of the level, Mario must battle Roy Koopa.

Star Coins

  • Star Coin 1: In the first section of the tower, one area has some fences moving through a wall, with the first Star Coin on the left side. Climbing up the fences while they are on the right side, then jump to the fence when it goes to the left and climb it to obtain the Star Coin.
  • Star Coin 2: The second Star Coin is in a hidden alcove just to the right of the checkpoint in the second area.
  • Star Coin 3: Before reaching the boss door, there are three fences, two of which are moving. The third Star Coin is visible under a ceiling of spikes.
