Flashy Mushrooms are items that first appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star.
In Paper Mario: Sticker Star, they can be bought for 50 coins at Decalburg. When used, they restore 80 HP, and 99 HP if the player presses 
right before using it. In Paper Mario: The Origami King, they restore 200 Health Points.
