The Koopa General is a supporting antagonist of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. He is a Koopa Paratroopa sporting a blue-colored shell with spikes, blue boots, a blue-plated gorget with shoulder guards, and a blue spiked helmet with Bowser's icon on it.
The Koopa General is the general of the Koopa Troop, and he is portrayed as much more stern and rigid than his soldiers.
