Dr. Toadley's intern is a female Toad who serves as the nurse of Toadley Clinic during the events of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its 3DS remake, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey. She has pink round spots on her mushroom cap and wears golden earrings and a white apron outfit.
