The Power Flower is Princess Daisy's first available kart in Mario Kart DS. It loosely resembles a Triumph TR3A and comes in two-tone orange. The emblem is located on the hood. It has an average speed tying with the B Dasher, Standard MR and Egg 1. Its acceleration is tied with that of the Zipper. Its weight is shared with the Standard MR, Standard LG, Cucumber, 4-Wheel Cradle and the Wildlife, along with low handling, tying with the Rambi Rider, Standard BW, Wildlife and Hurricane, high drift shared with the Standard DK and Wildlife and high items. It has the same horn sound as the Shooting Star, but slightly lower pitched.

The kart is unlocked for Peach and Donkey Kong as well when the player gets gold trophies in all Nitro or Retro Courses in 150cc, and becomes available for everyone else when gold trophies are obtained in every cup in Mirror Mode.

The Birthday Girl from Mario Kart 7 and the Cat Cruiser from Mario Kart 8 could be considered the spiritual successors to this kart, as both vehicles feature similar "feminine" designs.
