Effect Turns all onscreen enemies into Stars (coins in the GBA port)

An Anywhere POW[1][2] is a Special Item that a Yoshi can use in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It resembles a POW Block. Using the item from the pause screen causes a shockwave that turns all onscreen enemies into Stars (coins in the GBA port). This item can be acquired only in Bonus Challenges.
