The "Main Theme" is a musical theme composed for Super Mario Land that can be heard in the first two levels of Birabuto Kingdom, as well as the first level of Easton Kingdom.

In Super Mario Land, the beginning of the game's ending theme is a mellow arrangement of the "Main Theme."

Super Mario Maker 2

In Super Mario Maker 2, an arrangement of the "Main Theme" plays whenever the player is in Superball form. This arrangement is similar to the original, but it uses completely different chiptune instrumentation.

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! features an arrangement of the "Main Theme" that plays during the Grow Wario Grow microgame. The tempo matches the ticking of the bomb, and the arrangement's tempo and pitch increases as the microgame's level and speed increases.

WarioWare: D.I.Y.

WarioWare: D.I.Y. features an arrangement of the "Main Theme" as a 9-Volt Record titled "GB Mario." It is accompanied with the following description: "Super Mario Land with funky twists!"

WarioWare Gold

In WarioWare Gold, the original "Main Theme" plays during the Super Mario Land microgame, but its tempo has been very slightly slowed to match the ticking of the bomb. As the level and speed of the microgame increases, the tempo and pitch of the theme increases as well.

WarioWare: Get It Together!

In WarioWare: Get It Together!, the original "Main Theme" plays during levels 1 and 2 of the Super Mario Land microgame, but its tempo has been noticeably slowed to match the ticking of the bomb. As the level and speed of the microgame increases, the tempo and pitch of the theme increases as well.

Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games

In Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, an orchestral medley arrangement of the "Main Theme" and the ending theme from Super Mario Land is available as a selectable song in Figure Skating Pairs. The arrangement is titled "Main Theme: Super Mario Land (Remix)" and was arranged by Tom Trapp.

Super Mario Compact Disco

Super Mario Compact Disco features a hip hop remix of the "Main Theme" titled "Supermarioland" by Simon Harris and Colin Case. Additionally, a brief excerpt of the original version of the "Main Theme" plays at the beginning of the song "Go, Mario, Go!" "Supermarioland" features rap lyrics with several references to Super Mario Land and other pieces of pop culture. These lyrics are sung by Colin Case as M.C. Mario.

Super Mario Compact Disco – 35th Anniversary Edition features club remixes of "Supermarioland" and "Go, Mario, Go!" titled "Supermarioland (Club House Mix (feat. MC Mario)) [Bonus Track]" and "Go, Mario, Go (X - Tended Club Mix (feat. MC Mario)) [Bonus Track]," a new stripped-down remix of the "Main Theme" titled "Supermarioland (Daisy's Breakdown (feat. MC Mario)) [Bonus Track]," and an instrumental version of "Go, Mario, Go!" titled "Go, Mario, Go (Instrumental (feat. MC Mario)) [Bonus Track]."
