Template:Kart-infobox The Piranha Prowler is a large kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The character's emblem is on the kart's forehead and seen on both sides of the vehicle. The kart resembles a Piranha Plant, specifically Petey Piranha. The kart can be unlocked by winning the 50cc Special Cup.
This kart does not have a bike counterpart. In fact, no other vehicle has stats that are similar to this kart's stats. Still, it is considered a Speed type vehicle.
Statistics
The Piranha Prowler is the heaviest vehicle in the game. That way, the player is less likely to be knocked around by other drivers. It also has good speed and average handling and drift, but its other stats are below average.

- Donkey Kong's Piranha Prowler features a color scheme that resembles Fiery Dino Piranha from Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2. On a similar manner, Funky Kong's color scheme's version of this vehicle features Petey Piranha's color scheme.
- Dry Bowser and DK are the only characters in the game not to have white dots on their Piranha Prowler
