Template:Species-infobox Snow Cheep Cheeps (listed as Cheep Cheep (Snow Kingdom) in the capture list) are a special variety of Cheep Cheep appearing in the Snow Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. They have the appearance of regular Cheep Cheeps, but are purple instead of red, and their yellow fins are more brightly colored. They act the same as regular Cheep Cheeps, but are shown to be resistant to the freezing water of the Snow Kingdom (their round body shape and mouth help with this; a bonneter explains when you earn the ‘I Met A Snow Cheep Cheep!’ power moon) .[1] Mario is able to capture them and use them to swim in the water without losing health. They bear a passing resemblance to Cheep Chomps and Spiny Cheep Cheeps due to their purple color.
