Appears in Mario Kart DS

The Dry Bomber is Dry Bones's second special kart in Mario Kart DS. It is shaped like a very small beige-colored desert tank with a little cab where the character sits. The emblem is located on both sides of the turret. It has low speed, weight, and items, as well as average drift (tied with the Brute). Conversely, the Dry Bomber has the highest acceleration and handling among all the karts in the game. The Dry Bomber (with a lightweight character driving) has the best off-road of any vehicle, and is notable for its incredibly powerful Mini-Turbo boost, somewhat comparable to Super Mini-Turbo of later games as well as a Mushroom. The powerful boosts are widely utilized for the infamous "Snaking" technique, and with the right timing, can be used to dodge a Spiny Shell in certain courses.

The kart is unlocked for Peach and Toad as well when the player gets gold trophies in all Nitro or Retro Courses in 150cc, and becomes available for everyone else when gold trophies are obtained in every cup in Mirror Mode.
