Template:Racecourse Alpine Pass (known as Rock Rock Mountain in North America) is the fourth and final race course in the Flower Cup of Mario Kart 7. It takes place on a mountain with pipes and a forest.

Description

The first part of the track takes place on a mountainous cliff with steep drops on the left side, and in a cave with Swoopers. The second part of the track takes place in a mountainous forest, with huge gliding sections aplenty. The final section of the track takes place on a mountainside with boulders falling down serving as obstacles. There are many boost panels in this section that lie in the boulders' path.

Course Layout

The track starts on a cliff road on the side of a mountain. On the left there is a sharp drop off the side into the clouds. Pipes appear sticking out from above the clouds. The track then turns right and then sharp left, with a ramp with arrows on it pointing in the direction of the track. It is possible to go straight and trick off the ramp to skip part of the turn to the left. After a short straight section with a set of Item Boxes on the cliff you enter a cave with Swoopers coming at you. The track continues inside of the cave with a gentle turn to the right. There is then a small turn to the left with two pillars joining the ceiling to the floor. In between the two pillars there is a shaft of light that reaches the floor with a Coin at the center of it. After the turn to the left there is another gentle turn to the right with two shafts of light that have Coins at the center of them. After the turn to the right you exit the cave where there is a boost panel followed by a steep downhill drop on a metal support structure. At the end of the metal structure there is a gliding ramp with a set of Item Boxes on it. The track below has three ramp on it, all which are trickable. You then glide down to the aforementioned path while avoiding pipes that stick out of the ground. There are plenty of coins in the air. The path works its way through the forest with a slight right turn to another drop with a gliding ramp. This drop is much smaller than the first and the obstacle this time is a fallen tree hanging over the track. When you land on the path, still in the forest, there are a few coins and a rock to your right. You can turn right after the rock and drive through the grass to a ramp with an Item Box on it. You can trick off the ramp and land just before the upwards section. If you choose to stay on the main path you can continue straight through the final set of Item Boxes preceding a turn to the right. After the turn, on the left side of the track, there is a ramp with a coin on it. After the ramp the forest ends and you start driving uphill. You can stay on the left or right and take a boost panel, or you can stay in the middle and go off a trickable ramp. You then emerge onto a uphill section with several boost pads while dodging falling boulders that lie in the way of the boost pad. Then there is one final gliding section in which you can fly straight over the finish line.
