Chef Kinopio[1] is a yellow Toad who works at the restaurant in Overlook Tower in Paper Mario: The Origami King. He is identical to the Tangerino Grill Chef from Paper Mario: Color Splash. When Mario and Olivia first arrive at Overlook Tower, he is trapped on the second floor between two crates, worried about the state of his restaurant.
