(Blimp Berry moved to Blimp Fruit over redirect: Nintendo Power refers to it as such, and while it's not unheard of for two new fruit power-ups to have "berry" in their names, the Bulb Berry also has the title of "berry.")

Blimp Fruits are special fruits appearing only in Super Mario Galaxy 2. They resemble light blue fruits with a small stem. Along with the Dash Pepper and the Bulb Berry, only Yoshi is able to consume this item. When Yoshi consumes the fruit, he changes from green to light blue and swells (taking the form of Blimp Yoshi), similar to the Balloon Mario power-up. Blimp Yoshi can propel himself upward by exhaling the air inside him or hover in the same place. Like Bee Mario, a meter appears to show how long Yoshi can stay afloat. Once the meter empties, Yoshi reverts back to normal. Blimp Fruits play a key role in the Tall Trunk Galaxy, and are also found in Starshine Beach Galaxy and Flash Black Galaxy, and in an area near the end of Bowser's Galaxy Generator.
