- This article is about Spine-Tingling Spine Coaster, a level in New Super Mario Bros. U. For other uses, see Superstar Road-1.
Template:Levelbox Spine-Tingling Spine Coaster, or Superstar Road-1, is the first course of Superstar Road in New Super Mario Bros. U. It is unlocked when the player collects every Star Coin in Acorn Plains.
Layout
The course is based off the Thrilling Spine Coaster level from Rock-Candy Mines, but with the background from the grassland stages in Acorn Plains. The player rides a Spine Coaster for the majority of the time and the only enemies present during the level are Big Fuzzies.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: The first Star Coin is located between two Big Fuzzies.
- Star Coin 2: The second Star Coin is located below the Spine Coaster tracks. It will move to a higher location after a short period of time.
- Star Coin 3: The final Star Coin is found near the end of the level when the Spine Coaster starts to alternate between two tracks. The player needs to be at the back of the coaster in order to get it.
