Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964 in The Bronx, New York City, New York) is an American actor known for providing the voices of various mostly villainous animated characters in films and shows.

Animated TV shows and movies that Richardson is known for his role as Joker in The Batman animated series, Captain Gantu in the Lilo & Stitch movies and TV series, Trigon in Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go! and Shredder in 2012's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Adult cartoons that Richardson is known for include Jerome, Cleveland Brown Jr. and various other characters in Family Guy and The Cleveland Show, Principal Lewis and Tank Bates, among others, in American Dad!, the titular character of 2000’s Lobo as well as being the current voice of Dr. Julius Hibbert in The Simpsons. Live-action films that Richardson has provided his voice for include the Deus Ex Machina in The Matrix Revolutions, and Goro in the 1995 Mortal Kombat film. He additionally provided the voice for Goro in the animated film, Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge. Richardson provided the voice for Stump Smash, Tree Rex and others in the Skylanders video game series.

In a Nintendo Direct broadcasted on September 23, 2021, it was announced that Richardson will be providing the voice for Kamek in The Super Mario Bros. Movie co-produced by Illumination.[1] In the film, he gives Kamek a Peter Lorre-esque voice.[2]
