Choi Seok-pil (최석필) is a South Korean voice actor. He provides the voice of Bowser in the Korean dub of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. In addition, he voices Donkey Kong in the Korean commercial of Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D[2].
In relation to Nintendo media, Choi is the voice of The Phantom in the Korean original dub of Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea and Wulfric in the Korean dub of Pokémon the Series: XY.
