Rock Cup

The Rock Cup is a cup that appears in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as part of the Booster Course Pass DLC. It is the first of two cups in the third wave of the DLC, being released alongside the Moon Cup, the fifth cup of the pass overall, and the seventeenth cup of the game overall. Like most cups in the pass, it only features classic courses. The emblem of the cup is a Rock Mushroom. The Rock Cup is one of four cups in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to be themed around a Mushroom, alongside the Mushroom Cup, Golden Dash Cup and Propeller Cup.

Internally during version 2.1.0, GBA Boo Lake and 3DS Rock Rock Mountain were referred to as the third and fourth course of the Rock Cup respectively, with DS Peach Gardens being the second course, and Wii Maple Treeway being in the Acorn Cup.
