This move is similar to [[Sweet Treat]], with a few differences. First, the move costs 5 SP. The icons will fall much faster than before, and bigger ones will giver Mario and his partner 3 [[HP]] or [[FP]]. Plus, now one can simply hold the Control Stick to the left and have Mario continuously throw stars instead of having to fling the control stick.

Sweet Feast is the sixth Special Move Mario learns in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Mario can use it after obtaining the Sapphire Star near the end of Chapter 5. The move restores the Heart Points and Flower Points of Mario and his current partner, and cures all status ailments regardless of the success of the Action Command. Unlike its weaker version, Sweet Treat, the Action Command of this move allows the player to hold the Control Stick to the left rather than to repeatedly flick it. This makes the move much easier and faster.

While the Control Stick is held to the left, Mario rapidly throws miniature Crystal Stars at icons falling down at a moderate speed from the top of the screen. The icons that fall include Mario's face with a heart, his partner's face with a heart, a flower, a large flashing version of each of the previous three icons, and a set amount of Poison Mushrooms. Each large icon hit with a star restores 3 points to the appropriate stat, and each small icon hit restores 1 point. If a Poison Mushroom is hit, Mario becomes unable to throw any stars for a few seconds. The move uses 5 SP.
