Scooter is a Mushroom inhabitant of the island of Waki-Waki and the leader of the Aloha People.
In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Too Hot to Handle", Scooter is the one who greets Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Toadstool on behalf of the Aloha People when they arrive on Waki-Waki.
