The Party Energizer (originally called Power Blast) is an item in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It can be purchased for five Frog Coins at the "Frog Coin" emporium at Tadpole Pond. Using it increases the entire party's attack power by 50%. The "Attack Up" bonus also increases the damage dealt by items such as Rock Candy or the various bombs.
