Mute is a special move used by Princess Peach in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. She learns the move at level 15, and it uses four Flower Points. She summons a blue balloon with an "X" inside it and mutes an enemy once it pops. If the Control Pad is rotated enough, the balloon mutes all enemies on the screen. If the Control Pad is not rotated enough or the enemies in question are immune to the move, the balloon flies offscreen and does not mute the enemies. This move typically does not work on bosses.
