Split-arrows.svg It has been suggested that this page be split into the following: Pungry, Mover. (discuss)
Pungry/Mover
Pungry

Pungry (who assumes the name Mover in the Pit of 100 Trials) is a sunglasses-sporting Puni who is found in both the Great Tree shop and on random floors in the Pit of 100 Trials in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. His name is likely a portmanteau of "Puni" and "hungry". He is the only Puni to have a hat.

Pungry, seen in the Pit of 100 Trials

If Mario finds him in the Pit of 100 Trials, he can advance Mario further down the Pit. For ten coins, Mario can go two floors deeper. For thirty coins, Mario can go five floors deeper. Pungry can also return Mario to the entrance of the Pit for ten coins. He makes Mario close his eyes so he will not know where the secret passage is. It is possible with Mover to skip the levels with prizes.

Tattle information

  • (The Great Tree) That's Pungry of the Punies. He seems to be friends with Pungent, as far as I can tell. I guess they avoided any trouble with the X-Nauts by holing up in here.
  • (Pit of 100 Trials) That's a Mover. Yeah, they sometimes appear in the Pit of 100 Trials. For a few coins, he'll send you to another floor. It's up to you if you wanna use him.
